There are four different tuning possibilities to try. Each one has its own purpose: to soothe, daydream, refresh, or meditate. Try each tuning to see which one you like best. We include a tuning sheet, string chart, wrench and a Korg electronic tuner to ensure proper tuning accuracy and best musical results.
We also include a 70 minute instructional DVD by Peter Roberts, a thanatologist from Australia who helped design the Reverie along with Matt at Musicmakers in the USA. The DVD provides tips and ideas for using the Reverie harp in therapy settings. A custom Reverie bag is available for an additional $65.
We handcraft each Reverie harp for Musicmakers right here in Canada - customization is available and we are happy to email soundclips and pictures of the harps we have built. The first photo is natural mahogany with a "cherry" stain finish and the second photo has a reddish stain.
